No. One of the biggest advantages of BaaS is the elimination of the high initial capital expenditure. You only pay your activation fee and your first month’s subscription to get started.

Your fee is based on the Capacity Tier you choose (e.g., Lite, Standard, or Enterprise). We offer predictable, fixed monthly pricing so you can budget for your energy needs without surprises.

Absolutely. If your business grows or your household needs change, you can contact us to swap your unit for a higher or lower capacity model.

Our smart systems are integrated with IoT technology. If a subscription lapses, the system may be remotely paused until payment is received to ensure the service remains sustainable for all users. 

That is the beauty of BaaS—it’s our responsibility, not yours. If a battery's performance drops below our guaranteed efficiency level, or if it develops a fault, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

Very little. We handle the technical side, but we recommend keeping the unit in a well-ventilated, dry area and keeping the exterior free of dust to ensure optimal cooling.

Yes. We use high-quality latest battery technology, which is significantly more stable and fire-resistant than traditional lead-acid or standard lithium-ion batteries. Every unit includes a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) to prevent overcharging and overheating. 

Most residential installations are completed within 4–6 hours. Larger commercial setups may take 1–2 days depending on the complexity of your existing electrical board.

No. The battery will be charged by NxtLev3l on a weekly basis or on-demand as scheduled by our IoT sensors and monitoring  center.
